My husband and I will shortly be visiting St. Paul for a week. I have reviewed the many fine posts here for guidance, but I'd appreciate some specific opinions of "Goodfellows". I just saw their FoodTV "Best of" clip, and am thinking of reserving the Chef's Table in the kitchen. We aren't food snobs, but we do like to try the "Best of" when we travel and we're willing to spend a little extra for at least one meal. We appreciate fresh, innovative cuisine (and are so tired of high end restaurants that disappoint). We both cook, so the thought of being in the kitchen while a multi course dinner is prepared is appealing to us - but only if it's done right.
Also, one poster mentioned that there is a Cambodian restuarant (one of my favorite cuisines) - can you give more info? Finally, is "E" street the closest to a "Chinatown" in the MN/SP area?
We'll be staying at the Radisson Riverfront without a car, so references to places that are walkable, mass transit-able and inexepnsively cab-able are appreciated - especially ethinic and local type places.
