I have a garlic intolerance, (symptoms similar to lactose intolerance.) I decided to go through my cabinets and sort out all the seasonings i have with garlic in them, and it was almost every blend. I still have a bunch of individual spices and herbs i cook with, so its not the end of the world, but i'm wondering if there are garlic free blends out there, the same way they have no / low salt blends.
The idea of not using adobo on a fried pork chop, or sazon in some rice and beans is killing me.
Also, does garlic need to be specifically called out in the ingredients, or can it be hiding in the "spices." (Old bay for example doesn't list garlic, just spices, so i'm not sure.)
