So, it's my mom's birthday this weekend and I want to take her out to dinner. She really enjoys seafood and I was thinking about ECG for something different and great. She looked at the ECG menu and thought they used too many "wierd" things as sides.
My mom is one of those people who thinks a good seafood dinner consists of clam chowder to start, a good piece of fish with some sort of potato or rice and a veggie, and then maybe some ice cream or choclate cake for dessert. I know she would be happy at Legals, but I'm wondering if anyone can think of an alternative with similar setup/menu. I've taken her to Skipjacks in the past, so something new would be nice. She is not impressed by fancy presentation or service, just good food. I think Great Bay is out.
