Title pretty much says it all! I don't know much about african food at all but I'd love if there was some kind of cookbook, preferably with inspiring pictures!
Preferably I'd like it to not focus on northern african cuisine (Morocco, Egypt etc) and I would rather have it focus on the rest (Southern, central...)! At the same time, it has to be food that's acceptable by western standards (no giant rats or worms and such!).
I suppose a good example of what I'm picturing is stuff like "bobotie".
