Good pan for soft scrambled eggs

Just about the only thing I still use non-stick for is scrambled eggs. Especially for myself since I like them soft scrambled. Fried eggs or omelettes go in either carbon steel or cast iron, but soft scrambled always make a mess in those. Is it just the nature of the beast, and I have to accept a bit more washing, is there another ideal material for scrambled eggs, or do I need to keep just the one teflon piece in the house as my egg pan? It's time to replace that pan anyway, so I have to decide where to go.
