Anything at all, that's good and open "late" in my Bed Stuy/Crown Heights neighborhood?

As a transplanted Manhattanite I still find it hard to adjust my schedule to the early closing times in my new hood of Bed Stuy/Crown Heights (I'm at Altantic and Nostrand). EVERYTHING closes around 8 or 9 pm even the bodegas/delis; the only bodega open late closes everything but a little bulletproof glass thing set into the wall of the bodega into which you put your money, you turn it, the owner takes his money and puts your purchase in and turns it so you can get it. As for restaurants, there are quite a few great places open during the day and early evening, but after 8 or 9 it's McDonalds or KFC!

It's difficult to even get a can of soup to heat up let alone get carry out. I have given up on my immediate neighborhood but does anyone know of something a few blocks out where I can get passable carryout? What about good or extraordinary carryout?

Any help from my hounds in the hood?
