Good hot link in Portland or Seattle

hotlinker | Mar 2, 200206:40 PM     6

I used to get hot links at a soul food hole-in-the-wall joint in the Haight-Ashbury 20 yrs ago, and I have yet to find a similar hot link in Portland. They were kind of mealy-textured, served of course with wonder bread and sauce, and sliced diagonally.
Please do not recommend YamYams for hot links--they have good food but not hot links.
