Looking for great Chinese vegetarian meals but all we get are alot of tofu/mushroom in brown gravy and buddhah something which is quite the same thing. Then the garlic greens. Isn't there more, w/fresh veggies and fresh ideas?
For perfectly fried, mozzarella Arancini, dip a rice ball into flour and shake off any excess. Dip floured ball into egg, allowing any excess to drip off. Finish by coating completely in breadcrumbs. Repeat.
