Good full service butcher in Richmond, VA?

I am loking for a butcher, preferably in the west end, since I live in Goochland.

please, don't say Ukrops or kroger, or Costco, because a lot of times they are just giving us pre packaged meat.

I miss the old butcher shops. I sometimes go to Anderson's in Charlottesville, or some other smaller places up near Culpeper, but that is quite inconvenient.

I want a butcher who knows what a 7 bone pot roast is, and can get me one, or who knows the difference between regular and st. louis cut spare ribs. Maybe even take the membran off for me.

Ok, failing that, just a real honest to goodness butcher who I can visit his shop and get to know him... does that exist in Richmond? And doesn't sell pre brined cryovacced meat with water added.

Also, has anyone ever visited the Virginia meat market in hopewell, and would it be worth the trip?

Back up north, in relatively backwards Rochester, I had almost a dozen different butchers I could go to.
