I'm currently under a lot of emotional stress, and I'm finding that food is not so enjoyable these days. I get stress-related stomachaches. Rich foods (creamy, cheesy) and sweet things, which I normally love and which are supposed to be comforting, just make me feel listless and depressed.
I know that herbal tea is supposed to help, but are there any restorative foods that could help me cope, maybe even make me feel better, and are gentle on the tummy?
