Good food

Courtright's may be hidden away in Western Springs but it is well worth finding. Everything is fresh and innovative and the wine menu is great. Hard to pick favorite. A great chilled mellon soup, wonderful poached pear bleu cheese salad, quail appetizier that served well as an entree, or the great tuna tartare. All ended with a molten chocolate cake where there was no attempt to see how huge the portion to be, just enough for two.

Oh and the sommelier is great whether it is a glass or a bottle that you want. Even serve a couple of tastes to help you decide.

Not inexpensive but worth the cost.
