good fish balls in curry sauce?

On a recent trip to Vancouver I was treated to these amazing things in a Chinese food court.

They are the basic fish balls that one sees in clear broth in any chinese/vietnamese noodle soup place. Except, there they serve about a dozen or so in a medium curry sauce for about $3 Canadian. They give you skewers to eat these with.

Has anyone come across these over here?
