I'm going to be in Denver and Boulder during the first week of November. A few years ago, I was at a dinner at the James Beard House in NYC that was run by Alex Seidel and his team, so I was wondering which of his restaurants would be worth checking out while I'm there. Aside from what, which other restaurants should I not miss when I'm in town? It doesn't have to be super high-end and pricy. I certainly love delicious hole-in-the-wall spots too!

Also, I'm a big fan of good ramen and cocktails. I was wondering if there's a ramen spot in the area that's similar to Ippudo in NYC, as well as cocktail bars that are reminiscent of places like Attaboy, Please Don't Tell, Angel's Share, Dead Rabbit, Nomad, etc.

Thank you!
