Good Dog

Just wanted to post a quick review of Good Dog (cafe?) on 15th between Locust and Walnut... It's a recently remodeled dive bar, opened in November I believe.

Went with a friend late Thursday night and sat at the bar. The place has a nice feel inside, one long bar and a row of booths. (feels like a Black Sheep/Brigids type of place) The crowd is pretty eclectic. Beside a couple of beers, we both had burgers at the counter. Each was done very well, with a combo of regular and sweet potato fries on the side. Good sized, priced about $8 each. Not bad at all. The rest of the menu is typical pub fare, witha coupl eof interesting notes here and there.

I enjoyed it, if you're so inclined try it yourself and post back. I'm told they're open for lunch as well.
