A recent autoimmune diagnoses has left me evaluating my diet - my first step is to move to all whole grains and to eat much less meat, upping my veggie content. Some have suggested going totally gluten free or even dairy free - but I'm not there yet :) However, I'm open to exploring recipes that fit the bill.
A friend just gave me Isa Does It: Amazingly Easy, Wildly Delicious Vegan Weeknight meals but I'll be honest, not much of it looks good to me - probably because I don't have the "taste memory" to understand it from reading a recipe. And I know if my first attempt is not yummy, it will thwart any future attempts. Any suggestions on recipes, resources, cookbooks or places where I can get started so I don't get turned off with a bad first try?
