Good chicken parm sandwich?

Who serves a nice one?

Many menus list a "chicken parm" sandwich where the chicken is grilled/roasted/poached/etc., not fried.

Tat's *is* fried, and is quite good in most other respects too (bread, mozz, parmesean, sauce), but they use chicken tenders, which are invariably tough and chewy.

Whatcha got?
