well, my parents might join me for a vacation in Orlando some time this year.
despite the fact that they've lived here in the US for over 30 years (immigrated from Taiwan), they still prefer to eat Chinese food 99% of the time. (i can't understand this, but they're set in their ways)
i thought i would try to find out if there are any good authentic Chinese restaurants in Orlando (near Disney or Universal area) that we could get take-out or delivery from for my parents so they could at least eat Chinese half the time. we'll probably be staying in a vacation home, so it'd be nice to relax and eat at "home".
none of us really want to cook.
from what i've heard, this is pretty much a lost cause though, isn't it?
i've heard that even the "authentic upscale" Nine Dragons restaurant at Epcot is bad.
*sigh* it sucks that we've been spoiled by the abundance of great authentic Chinese restaurants in the NYC area.
