Gon Lo Won Ton - report

Sarah | Nov 30, 200311:51 AM     9

Continuing quest for perfect GLWT at China First on Clement and 5th-ish. We ordered beef glwt, beef stew glwt and just for the heck of it, salted spicy fried chicken wings for the two of us. Before the arrival of our lunch order, the waiter brought out a huge bowl of homey beef-carrot-+stuff soup; very warm and comforting and kinda filling.
Then our orders came, very substantial plates of the beef and beef stew glwt embellished with baby bok choy. The stew meat was tender and had right amount of meat/gristle/tendon. Verry verry good. The platter of chicken wings were fried to perfection! We had to take quite a bit home. All this, $12+change. Near perfection. Next!
