A nearby Greek restaurant/pizza joint that I frequent makes a consistently good Greek salad. They dress it with an emulsified salad dressing that they claim is homemade but I'm dubious. I would bet that it comes out of a gallon jug. Nevertheless, it is good and I'd like have some on hand when I'm not in the mood to make my own. When i worked for Sysco we sold a "Golden Italian" dressing probably from Ken's or Kraft but I don't see any on my supermarket shelves. Anyone have any insight what SW CT Greek restaurants use on their Greek salads or where I can source a good bottle of this type of dressing? Thanks!
