In Seattle when new opportunites pop up or staff is adjusted it seems there is a hand full of Chefs that fill the spots. Cheers to the people who get the job, but there seems to be a pattern of food developing in Seattle. Is anyone in town branching out to a unique idea, to fill a gap, to amuse? Mistral, maybe....Le Pichet, yes my hats off to J.D. Any in put would be great, Id love to go have a tasty bite to eat.
