Gochujang without corn syrup, fructose or glucose?

janel | Dec 3, 201212:34 PM     18

I catered a dinner party recently and made mini Korean-style pulled chicken tacos as an app. I wanted to use gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste) but couldn't find any that didn't contain fructose, glucose or corn syrup (sugar or honey is okay). I checked out PAT and T&T and walked away empty handed due to the ingredients.

Anyone know where I can find any (otherwise it seems like I may need to make it from scratch)? BTW, as a sub, I ended up using miso paste and sriracha sauce and the tacos were delicious.

Thanks.
