What's your 'go to' diner in the Westchester area?

gutreactions | Jun 25, 201805:34 AM     5

It was one of those Sundays when only a diner meal would do. Companion had to do a late nighter at her workplace and it took us a while to get it together in the morning. We enjoy preparing a good weekend breakfast, but not on this day. So, the local diner it was: big, flashy New Rochelle Diner on Boston Post Road & Weyman, near Home Depot.

Got there about 11 a.m. and it was already busy. We had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. Not bad. Eggs Benedict for the lady, and Greek Omelet for me, with rye toast and plenty of home fries, of course. It filled the bill. What's better than a diner meal once in a while? What's your favorite spot?
