Hi, my wife has a severe allergy to wheat gluten and we are forever looking for good food that is made gluten-free. I am wondering if anyone here knows of any good places in Portland.
We're always trying out restaurants that have no reason to have gluten (such as Vietnamese and Mexican), but you'd be surprised how much wheat in some form or another finds its way in.
I am wondering if anyone knows of restaurants that specifically cater to gluten allergies. The only one we've found so far is the Corbett Fish House, which is pretty good, but you really can only eat so much fried fish...
