Gluten free in Brooklyn

Will be in Brooklyn (specifically Boro Park, Midwood, Flatbush areas) from this Friday to Monday. Going for a wedding so some of the meals are taken care of (all shabbos, Sunday night) but would like recommendations for Friday lunch, Sunday lunch, ideas for travel food for Monday when I am driving home. Take out is ok, have already been to Carlos and Gabby's so will probably have one meal there.

BTW Carlos and Gabby has a gluten free menu BUT be careful, check the main description since the main part may be gluten free but not all the additions (such as onion fries, etc). The person cooking MUST know that the request is to be gluten free otherwise you get gluten issues.

Shopping: Don't need recommendations for this trip, but still welcome. I have been to the Gluten Free Shoppe in Boro Park, checked out the gluten free selections at Pomegranate, plus been in other health food stores. I generally don't find much that is new since I try to keep up with what is available but new products are welcome (the last trip I found the Goldbaum Israeli style couscous and their tetrapaked meals). The bride lives in Midwood but she works in Williamsburg & Boro Park so suggestions in those areas are welcome since she comes home periodically and is frustrated because she doesn't know places near her work that she can get me gluten free items (don't have exact work addresses but the gluten free shoppe isn't near her work). Although it is out of the area I do know that Fairways (Brooklyn location is in Red Hook) has large gluten free & kosher selections based on my experience at the Paramus store & what I have read about their inventory.
