New gluten free ale in NYC

BluPlateSpec | May 1, 2012 06:54 PM

The Heartland Brewery in New York City just started brewing their first gluten free ale. It's a seasonal brew called Good Grain. It's made with sorghum and has a alc/vol. of 5.5%. It's available in bottles at all of their locations and on tap at some locations. I had a mug of it and found it very tasty. If you have to go gluten free and miss your beer/ale, give this a try.
