I went last night for the first time in 6 weeks, we've been regular every month or so regulars for a while. I was shocked to hear that Chef Dan had departed a few weeks ago. Real shame, he had some real talent. If anyone knows where he went, I'm sure that information would be appreciated.
The new chef seems to be pretty good, although he seems to still be finding his own imprint for the place. Most of the menu was still the same, with a few new apps (salmon cake and confeit). Neither really blew me away. Now keep in mind, the food is still better than 99% of the restaurants in westchester, but possibly just not as good as it used to be. I will go back in a month to see what it's like once he's settled in.
