Is all glass safe in the microwave?

So, I have been buying these desserts at Costco (basically different versions of panne cotte and custards) that come 6 to a pack in glass containers that look like large shot glasses. I've saved a lot of these glass "jars". I thought it would be nice to use them for a larger party as I have around 40 of them and don't have 40 of anything else.

I came across a recipe for microwaved cheese cake made in a coffee cup. I am wondering if I can use these glasses in the microwave.

The recipe is a pretty basic cheesecake recipe...graham/butter crust, eggs, cream cheese, etc.

If they won't work in the micro, I would just do a pot de creme or something that doesn't need to be cooked in the final vessel.
