Give me some ideas for using chicken breasts!

OK, I like to buy my chickens whole. I love dark meat; I love rendering chicken fat, and I absolutely have to have a leftover carcass to make stock with. But there is one part of the chicken that I find barely edible, and that's CHICKEN BREAST! YUCK! It tastes even worse if you're using fresh, quality chicken since the meat is so firm. I don't even have a dog to feed it too! Chicken breast is just barely edible as far as I'm concerned. I thought Sous Vide-ing chicken breast would bring about a revelation as it did to cooked salmon (also something I disliked), but it didn't. And no, slathering a good sauce over it isn't going to help, because I can do the exact same thing to dark meat.

So I was wondering if anyone can give me some ideas on what to do with the breast. Right now, I'm thinking of casserole-type of recipes. Put the breasts in a blender and throw stuff in it type of recipes. Things like rillettes or pate-ish stuff would be nice. Any other ideas?
