This is our favorite. Made it again last night, and thought you might like to have it.

Ginger Beef

1 lb top loin steak sliced very thin (or whatever you like for stir frying)
2 T oil
1 1/2 T soy sauce
1 1/2 T black bean with garlic sauce
1 1/2 T garlic
1 t sugar
2 serrano peppers, chopped
1/4 C fresh ginger, grated, rinsed, tossed with flour
1/4 C cilantro leaves

Stir fry beef in two batches until browned. Return all beef to skillet.

Add everything but the cilantro to the skillet and stiry fry 1 minute.

Remove from heat. Stir in cilantro.

Serve over rice.
