I love ginger. I never knew it until I started using it more at work. It's pungent, clean flavor and aroma is unmistakable and unforgettable. I can feel my body thanking me when I eat it. Now let's try making a homemade, crazy ginger, ginger ale. It makes sense that because it's termed "ale", it involves fermentation of some kind... I just don't know how to do this without making it a lengthy process. Ideas?
