Ghirardelli Brownies

millygirl | Jun 3, 200809:12 AM

Okay help me out here CH'ers. I just made a batch of brownies using the recipe on the Ghirardelli chocolate tin. For the second time in a row they have turned out perfectly but one thing puzzles me. The recipe calls for using a 9" or 8" pan and that it makes 16-20 brownies. I used a 9" pan and cut them equally in to 9 squares. What gives, I just don't see how you could possibly get 16 to 20 out of this pan size. Is it just me, have I lost total concept of portion size??
