Gene's Chinese Flatbread Cafe has opened in Woburn today!

mcel215 | Jul 12, 201409:23 AM     142

It's a nice space, and Gene and his wife were there. The tables are black and the space looks nice, but not overly decorated.

I got the #4, spicy. Love how the garlic cooks as soon as you toss the noodles..... yum!

It's a 5 minute walk for me.... oh do I feel lucky! I went at 11am and there were two people ahead of me.

One lady was unfamiliar with the place and Gene's wife did her best to explain the menu to her. She finally settled on #4 and she was sitting across the room from my table and when she tasted it, she said "oh that's spicy", and took it back. So Gene's wife said no problem and they made her a dish without spice and without garlic as requested. My jaw nearly dropped, my dish was perfect!

I hope the people of Woburn appreciate this gem of a place.
