General Porpoise Forces You To Pay A Tip To The Person Who Rings Up Your Donut And Puts It In A Bag

JayDK | Nov 8, 201905:29 PM     5

And then they have the gall to try and justify it with blather about 70% goes here, etc.
I tip when I get service. I don't tip when I get a donut and the person puts it in a bag.
Why should I? You put a donut in a bag. Good job! Aren't they getting paid? The owners cry, "Oh, boo hoo there's a minimum wage law so we have to charge our customers not by raising prices but by sneaking in a service charge." It's BS!

Here's the bleeding heart response...hey! if you can afford a General Porpoise donut at $4.27 plus tax, plus tip, you shouldn't be complaining. What? Are you cheap?

No, I don't like to be ripped off.

I'd like to hear from owners who force the customer to pay a tip. Your response please.
