Visited for the first time Sunday. Excellent. Soup Dumplings, skins were a little thicker then paper with a delicious broth. Loved the $1.50 duck buns with a perfectly cooked piece of duck, crisp skin and scallions on a steamed bun. Also enjoyed the scallion roll with beef.
The soup dumplings were free because four buns and a scallion roll were(just) over $10. Eyed the giant single dumpling with a straw in it for next time. I have never seen that here in the US, only when I was in Shanghai and it was over 100 degrees and being sold by a street vendor. I was to scared to try it.
Not a fan of their desserts so I walked across the street to Martha's for a solid slice of cheesecake and a cortado.
