I moved recently from lower Westchester County NY to the Southern Catskill Mountains NY.
I have been container gardening, very successfully the past ten years. Growing 20-35 plants most years. But now I have several acres to play with and plan to put in a 50'x50'+ plot of vegetables. This is a test "farm" to see what the growing season is like, while I search for a small real farm around 10+ acres or so this Spring/Summer. My only concern is whether the growing season is long enough to fully kick up the heat in the "Super Hot" chile peppers. I guess I'll know by November.

I've ordered plants as I have in the past, although I will have a greenhouse built by the Fall and next year will start from seed. I will put in quite a few other vegetables, but to start, here's my list, with 2 of each, and 3-6 of a few, as noted in Parenthesis.
