Folks I need help with my fudgesicles. My first attempt was basically ganache that I froze in my sicle molds. Not that there's anything wrong with a frozen truffle on a stick but it ain't a fudgesicle. I have seen recipes using milk flavored with powdered chocolate milk mix but I'm thinking I'll go half cream, half water plus some 64% chocolate. Any thoughts?
