I am from the Bronx in NYC, and I have been trying to get a recipe for the seasoning that the Spanish restaurants (that are on almost every block) use to fry there chicken. I had a friend come to visit me from the down south and I took him to one of the spots and we have the fried chicken, the pork skins and the potatoes balls stuffed with meat. It was the best thing he had ever eaten. Now he wants me to make my chicken just like it, but I don't know what seasonings they use. Please email me with the seasoning recipe.
