I made a bunch of fried rice for a potluck, along with two other people, and ended up taking most of it home. Im going to turn it into stuffing for bell peppers and freeze it. I'm not sure if I will be thawing in the regular oven or in the microwave, but either way, is there any reason to cook either the repurposed filing or the peppers before I freeze them? I know this almost doesn't qualify as home cooking . . .
