My recent discovery of www.heateatreview.com prompted the question. So what's your favorite? Excluding frozen pizza, I can't remember the last time I had a frozen dinner. Actually, I can. I picked up a tofu pad thai bowl from Trader Joe's a few months ago,and actually liked it. Other than that, I can't say I have a favorite, since I rarely eat them, though years ago, my mom (Why mom!?) used to pick up a bunch of those Banquet frozen dinners when they were two for a dollar. I remember eating the salsbury steak, but I'm sure I wouldn't like it any more, because I remember it as an oversalted gravy drowned mess of dogfood grade ground beef, and mashed potatoes with an overwhelming artificial butter taste. Damn it, why is my mouth watering? I ate way too many of these growing up. These days, I happily cook and eat food which is much better for my heath, not to mention better tasting. I am interested in the occasional indulgence in something tasty, quick, easy, and cheap though. I hear that these foods have gotten better in recent years.
