Frogs Legs and more...

It seems that this weekend I will have an overabundance of fresh frogs legs... Any suggestions besides classic French preparations?

I also have a huge amount of fresh garlic, flowering chive, Thai peppers, jalapenos, tomatoes, asparagus, pea shoots, rib eye steaks, and ramps to play with.
