How do you make your fried rice ?
I’m a fan. I make fried rice 1-2 times a month.
It’s a mainstay for me now.
I start out by cooking the rice in the early afternoon. Then let it rest.
In the evening I prep my vegetables, dice them up and then stir fry them in my wok.
I use a Demeyere Alu Pro non stick wok for fried rice.
Then take them out on a plate.
Then sear the meat I’m using. Take it out on a plate.
Prepare 4-6 whole eggs, mix them with a fork and into the wok. Cook until the eggs turn medium hard, but still a bit runny here and there. In with the cooked rice, mix well, stir fry for 5-8 minutes, add sesame oil, soya, dry white wine vinegar and salt & pepper to taste. Then in with the meat and vegetables, cook at medium heat for further 10 minutes.
Finito !
How do you like your fried rice ?
