fried rattlesnake & other interesting dishes

I was curious to know what Southern restaurants you all have been to with eccentric dishes like fried rattlesnake salad (The Gamekeeper Restaurant at the Inn at Yonahlossee in Boone, NC) or fried alligator tail. I wonder if last summer any menu featured the 17 year cicadas or anything bizarre like that. I've also heard of people eatnig fried kudzu but I'm not sure if this is on a menu anywhere.
