Looking for Friday Breakfast Edina, Bloomington, Richfield

iphonechica | Jun 23, 201511:58 AM     15

Hello -

We will be traveling to MSP in July and I'm searching for a great breakfast spot in/near Edina, Bloomington, Richfield. Basically near the airport. I'd like to stick as close as possible, as I have a quick business meeting near 98th/Lyndale at 10:00 AM, then I have to head northeast to Shoreview after that. So, anything you can recommend that isn't Baker's Square, Perkins, Dennys or the like?

We love eggs, more than pancakes. Not that pancakes are bad, but we prefer savory. We will order something sweet as dessert, occasionally. I am always on the hunt for a great eggs benedict, but not essential. I want a place that knows how to cook eggs properly. Places in MSP that I've enjoyed: Maria's Cafe, The Egg and I. But it's been 12+ years since I've lived there.

Thanks in advance.
