Fresh Yeast converted to instant dry

CMoya13 | Feb 22, 201901:46 PM     2

Hello, I want to make a recipe that calls for 10g of fresh yeast but would like to sub instant. After fruitlessly researching online, I am still kind of confused what the conversion would be.
I've seen people stating half of this or that, or giving percentages, but what I would really like is if someone could I suppose convert it for me into grams! I am horrible with math honestly but really want to make the recipe :) I linked the recipe below in case that helps. Thank you!
