Fresh Ravioli - "I said Freeze!"

Holiday time. Great time of year for butternut squash ravioli. Only this year it would be lovely to make them in advance.
So what do you think, my dear pasta makers? Make 'em in advance and freeze 'em? Because left in the fridge over night they get pretty rubbery.
