Just bought about 3 cups of fresh organic raspberries on special and would like to bake them into a (non-dairy) dessert, possibly a crumble. I have NO oatmeal and NO cornstarch, which play a role in just about every recipe I've seen so far.
What I do have:
Raspberries
Brown and white sugar
Spelt flour
Potato starch
Sliced almonds
Walnuts
Shredded unsweetened coconut
Earth Balance
Salt & various spices
Fresh lemon and lime
Do you have a tested recipe to share? Thanks in advance.
