Walking by Harris' a couple weeks ago, I spotted the signs outside promoting fresh produce and grocery items available at its butcher counter. So I stepped inside to take a look. The restaurant services are closed, but the butcher counter continues its in-house dry aging process and the display in the window looked as full as it usually does. The counter now has summer squash, avocados, tomatoes, corn, potatoes, pasta, Graffeo coffee, eggs, butter, flour, fruits, and more than enough to accompany a home-cooked steak dinner.
The meats and cocktails can be ordered online. Wine is also available for sale.

HARRIS’ BUTCHER COUNTER
Harris’ butcher counter will remain open Monday-Friday, noon-7pm. Prime and Dry Aged steaks are cut daily by Chef Mike. Fresh produce is available daily. Wines are 20-40% off and 10% of all wine sales goes toward our staff. We also have the “Harris’ Box” that feeds two. (2) steaks, (2) potatoes, the daily produce and a bottle of wine available for $90. You don’t have to wait in lines at grocery stores, you can even call in advance and pick it up later.
