We are planning a week's stay in the Savannah area in order to explore Savannah, eat and cook. Would appreciate information on whether Wilmington Island or Tybee Island possess the best access for buying fresh seafood and vegetables for cooking. This trip will occur the last weekend of September going into October.
Have from this board garnered a list of places to eat at in Savannah, nothing so far on either of the Islands, other than staying away from Williams Seafood.
Since we are driving south, can also go further along the coast if there are some outstanding places not to miss eating at.
