While in D.C. yesterday, I followed a Chowhound lead and went to a Burmese restaurant (as an alternative to the reportedly horrible food in the museum cafeterias). I had the most amazing green tea leaf salad there. I was mesmerized by the complex, rich flavors. I know there's a Burmese place in the East Village, but is there one in Queens? And more importantly, does anyone know where to get the fresh tea leaves?
