Whew, had a hard time getting the word "frenching" through the spell checker!
I am a long time fan of frenched green beans because my mom used to make some recipes with them I liked. However, she used frozen and I intended to use frozen as well.
However, while they were once quite common, it is hard to find them in the markets now. Very difficult! So now I'm thinking of frenching them by hand. Has anyone done this and do you recommend a specific tool?
